Who qualifies for revisit pricing?

Clients who have completed a PriceLabs pricing strategy setup session with Alaa. If this is your first session, please book a new-client setup package instead.

How do I order a revisit?

Create a free account at app.revenuenaire.com, open Hire Revenuenaire and choose PriceLabs Pricing Revisit. Enter the exact number of listings in your PriceLabs account, pay securely, and pick a Zoom time. The price is calculated automatically from your listing count.

I have more than 21 listings. What does it cost?

$365 plus $15 for every listing above 21. Sessions run 120 minutes for 22 to 50 listings, 150 minutes for 51 to 70, and 180 minutes above that.

How often should I revisit?

Every 6 to 8 weeks keeps the strategy aligned with seasonality and competition. Book sooner if you add listings, change minimum stays or see a sudden drop in bookings.

What does a revisit cover?

A full audit of the current rules, revenue leakage identification, recalibration for market shifts, and updated seasonal, promotion and gap-night settings, implemented during the session.
