Booking.com optimization for rentals is the work I do to make a property rank, convert and price correctly on Booking.com. I audit the listing, complete the content score, tune photos, rate plans, deals and policies, and make the changes with you on Zoom.
What I plan around in Hong Kong: Trade fairs and financial-sector travel; Rugby Sevens and Art Basel; Mainland Golden Week; Concerts at Kai Tak. Guests I price for: Business travellers and regional visitors on 2 to 4 night stays. Where I start: Event premiums, corporate midweek rates, and licensed guesthouse compliance.
Hong Kong sells mostly through Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda. On Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda I set up PriceLabs or Wheelhouse for licensed units with fair and event premiums, or monthly rate cards for 28-plus-night stays, so every channel prices from the same logic, stays within the rules and never shows a short stay that the licence does not allow.
The service in general is described on my booking.com listing optimization page; this page covers how I apply it in Hong Kong.
