Yes, for city homes. The Fleadh brings filmmakers, industry visitors and audiences for about a week in early July, just before the Arts Festival. I give it a modest premium, smaller than Race Week, and sometimes link it with the Arts Festival as one longer high period.
Some can, if they offer a fireplace, good heating and easy access, because walkers and writers enjoy quiet winter breaks. Others are better closed. I compare likely bookings with heating and cleaning costs and look at whether weekly winter stays or remote workers could fill the gap.
