Hotel revenue management consulting is an independent review followed by a plan. I look at 12 to 24 months of your own data, shop your comp set, and find where rates, restrictions or channels are costing you money. Unlike outsourcing, I do not make your daily decisions; your team does, with a better plan.
This is my view of Krabi. Krabi and Ao Nang are island-hopping bases for Railay and Phi Phi. Winter is strong, Christmas to Chinese New Year is highest and the monsoon is quiet. Guests stay four to seven nights. Many guests split their trip between Krabi, Phuket and the islands, so stays of four to five nights with flexible check-in suit the market well.
For Krabi owners, I review licensing, access to beaches and piers and how your home fits multi-stop travel plans. We build a plan with peak premiums and minimum stays, monsoon floors and clear positioning against resorts in Ao Nang and Klong Muang, so your calendar works across the full year.
The service in general is described on my hotel revenue management consulting page; this page covers how I apply it in Krabi.
