Alaa's take on Gibraltar
“Gibraltar is tiny, housing is scarce and much of the demand is business, finance and gaming travel alongside cruise day-trippers. Short-term letting is constrained by stock and local conditions, and a lot of visitors actually stay across the border in Spain. A legal, well-located flat can do well midweek, but the numbers depend on confirming residential-use conditions first.”
