Hotel revenue management consulting is an independent review followed by a plan. I look at 12 to 24 months of your own data, shop your comp set, and find where rates, restrictions or channels are costing you money. Unlike outsourcing, I do not make your daily decisions; your team does, with a better plan.
This is my view of Sintra. Sintra and Cascais catch Lisbon's overflow with calmer, coastal and cultural stays. Couples spend three to five nights around Pena Palace or the Cascais seafront, and spring and autumn are strong. Sintra's historic core is tightly regulated for AL. Guests often choose between staying in Lisbon and staying here. A calm location, parking and easy train access to the city are strong selling points that deserve a clear price position.
For owners in Sintra or Cascais I first confirm which municipality applies and how its AL rules treat the property, especially inside Sintra's protected historic core. Then I review spring, summer and event pricing against comparable Lisbon flats, and build a plan that sells calm, gardens and coast without leaning on winter discounts.
The service in general is described on my hotel revenue management consulting page; this page covers how I apply it in Sintra.
