Booking.com optimization for hotels is the work I do to make a property rank, convert and price correctly on Booking.com. I complete the content score, order the photos for the result card, set up rate plans, Genius and promotions, and fix policies that cost you visibility.
What I plan around in Barcelona: Mobile World Congress; Primavera Sound and Sónar; Beach season and cruise arrivals; FC Barcelona fixtures. Guests I price for: European city-breakers and cruise passengers on 2 to 4 night stays, with longer summer stays near the beach. Where I start: Licensed tourist-apartment pricing, MWC premiums that start a year ahead, and length-of-stay discounts for the shoulder months.
Barcelona sells mostly through Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. For Barcelona hotels, I draw on my five-star chain experience: managing congress demand at Fira Gran Via, cruise-day peaks, and leisure weekends, with a comp set chosen by neighbourhood and guest segment, and group blocks for big congresses released at the right time instead of held until they wash out.
The service in general is described on my hotel ota optimization page; this page covers how I apply it in Barcelona.
