Hotel revenue management consulting is an independent review followed by a plan. I look at 12 to 24 months of your own data, shop your comp set, and find where rates, restrictions or channels are costing you money. Unlike outsourcing, I do not make your daily decisions; your team does, with a better plan.
This is my view of Seychelles. The Seychelles are a honeymoon and luxury market with limited supply. Couples stay a week or more, often across Mahé, Praslin and La Digue. Self-catering units need a licence. Island logistics matter to guests. Supply is limited and costs are high, so the goal is protecting rate in peak weeks rather than chasing occupancy with discounts that the market does not need. Island-hopping is common, so flexible stays and clear ferry and flight information help guests plan around several islands.
For Seychelles owners I start with licensing, beach orientation and island logistics, then review how your rates move across the two monsoon seasons. I build a clear plan for honeymoon peaks, diving months and European holidays, so you protect rate in busy weeks and use smart stay rules when demand drops.
The service in general is described on my hotel revenue management consulting page; this page covers how I apply it in Seychelles.
