Alaa's take on Yerevan
“Yerevan has a long season from May to October, shaped heavily by the Armenian diaspora coming home for weeks at a time. Families from the United States, Russia and France book large flats in the centre for long stays, while tourists use the city as a base for Garni, Geghard and Lake Sevan. Tech workers and remote staff add steady monthly demand. I price for length of stay first and treat Kentron near the Cascade and Northern Avenue as its own market.”
