Booking.com optimization for rentals is the work I do to make a property rank, convert and price correctly on Booking.com. I audit the listing, complete the content score, tune photos, rate plans, deals and policies, and make the changes with you on Zoom.
What I plan around in Davos: World Economic Forum annual meeting; Parsenn and Jakobshorn ski areas; Spengler Cup ice hockey at New Year; Summer hiking and congresses. Guests I price for: WEF delegates and companies on week-long bookings, ski families and congress visitors. Where I start: WEF week contracting a year ahead, ski-week pricing and cantonal guest tax.
Davos sells mostly through Direct corporate rentals, Booking.com and Airbnb. I set the pricing tool for ski weeks, Christmas and Spengler Cup, with WEF week blocked for direct contracts, and summer rates that use the guest card as part of the value. I also check that minimum stays and changeover days follow the ski calendar.
The service in general is described on my booking.com listing optimization page; this page covers how I apply it in Davos.
