Booking.com optimization for rentals is the work I do to make a property rank, convert and price correctly on Booking.com. I audit the listing, complete the content score, tune photos, rate plans, deals and policies, and make the changes with you on Zoom.
What I plan around in Interlaken: the Jungfraujoch railway to the Top of Europe; Grindelwald, the Lauterbrunnen valley and the Schilthorn; paragliding, canyoning and adventure sports over the twin lakes; skiing across the First, Kleine Scheidegg and Muerren areas. Guests I price for: International adventure tourists and Asian tour groups on two to three summer nights, and week-long ski parties in winter around Interlaken and Grindelwald. Where I start: Running a true dual-season alpine curve with premium summer and ski peaks, floor-pricing the double shoulder, and factoring the local Kurtaxe tourist tax and any cantonal registration into rates.
Interlaken sells mostly through Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia. I set up PriceLabs or Wheelhouse for Oberland hosts with the Lauberhorn, Jungfrau Marathon and summer adventure peak as events, Saturday changeovers for ski chalets and short-stay rules for summer. Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia all show the same total including Kurtaxe.
The service in general is described on my booking.com listing optimization page; this page covers how I apply it in Interlaken.
