Hotel revenue management consulting is an independent review followed by a plan. I look at 12 to 24 months of your own data, shop your comp set, and find where rates, restrictions or channels are costing you money. Unlike outsourcing, I do not make your daily decisions; your team does, with a better plan.
This is my view of Bornholm. Bornholm is a summer house island with a short, intense season. Danish, German and Swedish families book whole weeks around their own school holidays, mostly arriving on the Ystad fast ferry or the Køge crossing, and Folkemødet fills Allinge for a few June days. Outside July the island goes quiet fast. I price by nationality calendars, protect Saturday changeovers and set firm winter floors.
For a Bornholm owner I review how the house is split between agencies and platforms, which holiday calendars it actually sells to, and whether the winter setup makes sense. You receive a written plan with weekly price bands for summer and a clear view on the shoulders, plus my reasoning, so you can decide what to change and when.
The service in general is described on my hotel revenue management consulting page; this page covers how I apply it in Bornholm.
