Booking.com optimization for rentals is the work I do to make a property rank, convert and price correctly on Booking.com. I audit the listing, complete the content score, tune photos, rate plans, deals and policies, and make the changes with you on Zoom.
What I plan around in Brittany: Saint-Malo, Dinard and the Emerald Coast; Mont-Saint-Michel day trips; Ferry arrivals from Portsmouth and Poole; Quimper, the Crozon peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan. Guests I price for: French and British families on weekly summer stays and Parisians on long weekends. Where I start: Summer weekly rates, May bridge-weekend premiums and Saint-Malo's short-term rental quotas.
Brittany sells mostly through Booking.com, Airbnb, Abritel/Vrbo and Gîtes de France. I set up the pricing tool with May bridges as named events, weekly summer minimums, tide and festival weekends as small premiums and a low winter floor. Calendars are synced with Abritel and Gîtes de France so no week is double booked.
The service in general is described on my booking.com listing optimization page; this page covers how I apply it in Brittany.
