Booking.com optimization for rentals is the work I do to make a property rank, convert and price correctly on Booking.com. I audit the listing, complete the content score, tune photos, rate plans, deals and policies, and make the changes with you on Zoom.
What I plan around in Aarhus: NorthSide Festival each June; the Aarhus Festuge festival week spanning late August and September; ARoS art museum with its rainbow panorama and the Den Gamle By open-air town; family trips to Legoland Billund and the painted houses of Skagen. Guests I price for: Scandinavian and German couples, families and conference guests staying in the Latin Quarter and around the harbour docklands. Where I start: Concentrating premiums into the short bright summer and festival weeks while observing Denmark's home-sharing day caps and the CPR-linked registration rules for private lets.
Aarhus sells mostly through Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. For Aarhus hosts I set up PriceLabs or Wheelhouse so the limited rental nights go to the strongest weeks: NorthSide, Festuge, Smukfest and July family stays. I add longer minimums for family homes and keep Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo on the same plan.
The service in general is described on my booking.com listing optimization page; this page covers how I apply it in Aarhus.
