Booking.com optimization for rentals is the work I do to make a property rank, convert and price correctly on Booking.com. I audit the listing, complete the content score, tune photos, rate plans, deals and policies, and make the changes with you on Zoom.
What I plan around in Geneva: Watches and Wonders; UN, WHO and diplomatic conferences; Summer lake and Montreux Jazz Festival; Ski-season gateway to the French Alps. Guests I price for: Diplomatic and corporate travellers on 3 to 10 night stays, summer leisure guests. Where I start: Conference-week premiums, corporate positioning versus serviced apartments, and August floors.
Geneva sells mostly through Airbnb and Booking.com. In PriceLabs or Wheelhouse I load Geneva's session dates, Watches and Wonders and the World Health Assembly as events, with long-stay discounts tuned to delegation lengths. Airbnb and Booking.com then show the same total cost and stay rules, so delegates never see two prices.
The service in general is described on my booking.com listing optimization page; this page covers how I apply it in Geneva.
