Hotel revenue management consulting is an independent review followed by a plan. I look at 12 to 24 months of your own data, shop your comp set, and find where rates, restrictions or channels are costing you money. Unlike outsourcing, I do not make your daily decisions; your team does, with a better plan.
This is my view of Kanab. Kanab is a road-trip base between Zion, Bryce, the Grand Canyon and The Wave. Most guests stay one to three nights, spring and autumn are busy and summer heat and winter cold slow things down. Gap rules matter more here than almost anywhere.
For Kanab owners I study how the home sits on the Grand Circle route, which park it really serves, and how many nights guests realistically stay. Then I rebuild the calendar so spring and autumn are priced with confidence and the quieter months still earn something useful.
The service in general is described on my hotel revenue management consulting page; this page covers how I apply it in Kanab.
