Alaa's take on the United States
“There is no national short-term rental law in the United States. Rules change city by city and county by county, from New York's Local Law 18 to lightly regulated resort counties, and taxes are collected at several levels. Demand is just as regional: ski towns, beaches, desert winters and convention cities all peak at different times. A US strategy only works market by market.”
