Hotel revenue management consulting is an independent review followed by a plan. I look at 12 to 24 months of your own data, shop your comp set, and find where rates, restrictions or channels are costing you money. Unlike outsourcing, I do not make your daily decisions; your team does, with a better plan.
This is my view of The Loire Valley. The Loire Valley is a touring market. Guests move between chateaux and cycle the Loire à Vélo, staying three to six nights in one base. The season runs spring to autumn, and several chateaux close in winter. I price for touring stays and cyclists.
For a Loire home, I check where it sits on the touring map, whether it suits cyclists, families or wine visitors, and how its registration is set up. Then I rebuild your season so spring, summer and autumn each have their own pricing, and winter becomes a deliberate choice rather than an empty gap.
The service in general is described on my hotel revenue management consulting page; this page covers how I apply it in The Loire Valley.
