Hotel revenue management consulting is an independent review followed by a plan. I look at 12 to 24 months of your own data, shop your comp set, and find where rates, restrictions or channels are costing you money. Unlike outsourcing, I do not make your daily decisions; your team does, with a better plan.
This is my view of Antalya. Antalya and the Turkish Riviera run a long charter-flight season from April to October, peaking in July and August. Russian, German and UK families dominate, Belek adds golf in spring and autumn, and Kaş and Kalkan sell villas. The 2024 permit law applies here too.
For a Riviera owner I begin with the permit, then build the year around charter flights, school holidays and the golf shoulders. We decide the turnover day for each villa, how to price pools and views, and what to do with the winter, so the property earns beyond July and August.
The service in general is described on my hotel revenue management consulting page; this page covers how I apply it in Antalya.
