Booking.com optimization for rentals is the work I do to make a property rank, convert and price correctly on Booking.com. I audit the listing, complete the content score, tune photos, rate plans, deals and policies, and make the changes with you on Zoom.
What I plan around in Gotland: Almedalen Week political festival; Medieval Week in Visby; Beaches and cycling; Swedish summer holidays. Guests I price for: Swedish families on weekly stays and festival guests on 3 to 7 nights. Where I start: Event-week premiums, short-season pricing and ferry-dependent minimum stays.
Gotland sells mostly through Booking.com, Airbnb and local agencies. I configure the pricing tool so Almedalen and Medieval Week have their own rates and minimum stays, July runs on weekly blocks, and shoulder weekends adjust automatically. I also connect the calendar to the local agency, where you use one, so the same house never gets sold twice in the busiest week.
The service in general is described on my booking.com listing optimization page; this page covers how I apply it in Gotland.
